Define and track quality metrics, lead QA engineers, and establish test strategies for software quality improvement.
📋 Description Define, track, and report key quality metrics to drive improvement. Establish test strategies for functional, regression, and security testing. Ensure quality gates are integrated into CI/CD pipelines. Lead and mentor QA engineers (manual and automation). Plan QA resourcing, testing schedules, and onboarding/training. Own test plans, test data strategy, and defect lifecycle. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in QA/SDET with strong test automation and platform development. Leadership experience, ideally leading QA teams for >1 year. Champion of Quality: track record of owning software quality across a group. Agentic AI Expertise: experience using AI to improve engineering workflows and testing harnesses. Infrastructure Foundations: cloud ecosystems, Docker, ETL pipelines, and API endpoints.
