ICAM Sustainment Analyst

Salary: $70,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: We require U.S. citizenship. We require an active U.S. Government Secret clearance or higher. We require a bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline. We require at least 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise ICAM or identity management environments. We require an active CompTIA Security+ CE or an equivalent DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification. We need strong troubleshooting, analytical, and incident response capabilities. We value experience with identity platforms such as SailPoint, Ping Identity, BeyondTrust, Radiant Logic, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, or ADFS. We look for knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, PKI, and X.509 certificates. We prefer experience administering Windows and Linux servers and supporting web services such as IIS, Apache, and NGINX. We value familiarity with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL databases. We look for experience supporting Federal ICAM (FICAM) or DoD ICAM environments. We value automation and scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python. We prefer experience supporting cloud-based identity services in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including containerized environments. Responsibilities: We manage daily operations, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and overall system health for ICAM platforms. We troubleshoot and resolve complex identity, authentication, synchronization, and certificate-related issues. We support key identity technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, SSO, federation, PAM, and IGA solutions. We maintain PKI services, certificate management workflows, and PIV/CAC integrations. We monitor performance, availability, and capacity, and implement proactive alerting and reporting. We develop and maintain runbooks, disaster recovery plans, and operational procedures. We partner with cybersecurity teams to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain compliance. We recommend and implement improvements that strengthen reliability and efficiency.
