Engineering & Solution Architecture Support

Salary: $85,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements: We require U.S. citizenship. We require an active Secret or higher-level government security clearance. We require a bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. We require at least six years of progressive experience demonstrating the needed proficiency. We require experience with identity, credentials, and access management in an enterprise environment. We require familiarity with LDAP/LDAPS for integrating third-party applications. We require experience managing or migrating identities across heterogeneous environments, including metadata cleanup. We require strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Preferred: strong communication and team-building skills. Preferred: proven success collaborating in a team-oriented environment with diverse stakeholders. Preferred: knowledge of DevOps practices. Preferred: knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Responsibilities: We act as a liaison between client needs and our architectural and engineering teams to keep information flowing clearly. We work with solution architects to convert business requirements into technical designs. We maintain and refresh technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design patterns, and engineering best practices. We research technologies and assess how they may fit into our solutions, then share feedback and recommendations with the architecture team.
