IAM Engineer

📋 Description Own, implement, and improve IAM tooling like Okta and ConductorOne. Drive adoption of scalable access controls (RBAC, ABAC, JIT). Partner with compliance/audit teams for SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001. Collaborate on cross-functional projects across security, engineering, and IT. Mentor junior engineers and promote IAM best practices. Support onboarding of acquired companies into our identity ecosystem. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years Terraform to manage IAM infrastructure at scale 2+ years managing Okta tenant with 1,000+ users (SSO, MFA, policies) 2+ years scripting for ops tasks (reports, API data) 2+ years working with IGA platforms (SailPoint, ConductorOne, Lumos) Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; detail-oriented Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders 🎁 Benefits Inclusive, merit-based culture welcoming diverse perspectives.
