Product Manager - Payments

📋 Description Own and evolve payment rails across methods and regions Lead partner integrations with payment processors, acquirers, and banking partners Drive continuous improvement of authorization rates, settlement speed, and conversions Collaborate with fraud and compliance teams to ensure payment flows meet security, regulatory, and operational standards Drive UX enhancements through structured experimentation and customer insights Ensure payment capabilities are scalable and adaptable across our consumer app, pro trading app, and external interfaces such as on/off-ramps 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure Deep domain expertise in payment systems and rails, including bank transfers, card networks, and/or alternative payment methods Experience in EU markets Experience working on backend systems (e.g. payment orchestration, API integrations) and user-facing features Collaborative across engineering, design, fraud, compliance, and operations Comfortable working with data to define and measure product impact 🎁 Benefits Global, diverse team and merit-based culture Remote-friendly with global collaboration Equal opportunity employer Opportunity to influence payments infrastructure used by Kraken customers
