Develop HR analytics dashboards and maintain data architecture for senior leadership.
📋 Description Own and develop the HR analytics dashboard for senior leadership. Design and maintain data architecture, pipelines, and core HR API integrations. Build views for People Metrics, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement with functional leads. Run BAU HR reporting, automate processes, and ensure GDPR-compliant data handling. Build AI-powered HR workflows and production AI apps using Anthropic/OpenAI APIs. 🎯 Requirements Python development with production data apps, dashboards, or internal tools. Hands-on data engineering: ETL pipelines, API integrations, multi-source data. Production AI/LLM APIs (Anthropic/OpenAI or similar). AWS knowledge and data visualization tools (Streamlit, Plotly).
