Principal Engineer - Voice & Network

📋 Description Design, implement, maintain Halcyon Labs's global network for high availability and security. Own SD-WAN architecture, optimise overlays connecting office locations. Administer and evolve switching, wireless, and security appliances. Manage corporate VPNs for ~2,775 users across 29 countries. Lead network changes with topology diagrams, IPAM, and config standards. Enforce network security controls with InfoSec and cloud proxy. 🎯 Requirements Enterprise network engineering experience in large, multi-site organisations. Deep SD-WAN design, deployment and optimization expertise. Extensive switching, WLAN, and security appliances with cloud platforms. Cloud network security/SSE/SASE and policy troubleshooting alongside Sec team. VPN technologies including site-to-site and remote access.
