YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER
We see Mail as one of Aperture Cloud's biggest future growth levers. Aperture Cloud Mail is not another inbox. It's business mail rebuilt around AI and ready for AI agents. Millions of small businesses still run on email, and the product that reinvents it for the AI era wins a massive market. We intend to be that company.
As Head of Mail Marketing, you will fully own the marketing side of this business, from strategy to execution to final numbers. You'll act as the CMO of Aperture Cloud Mail: decide which customer segments and markets to go after and how to position against established email providers, build the go-to-market, set growth targets, and deliver them.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
– Act as the CMO of Aperture Cloud Mail: own the full marketing strategy and its results, including new billings, new users, other acquisition metrics, and return on investments, balancing customer value with company objectives.
– Define positioning and messaging for Aperture Cloud Mail.
– Build and own the global go-to-market strategy: channel mix, growth targets, launch plans, and pricing input.
– Design the growth engine across paid, organic, influencer, affiliate, and product-led channels.
– Prioritize marketing opportunities based on customer insights, business impact, and feasibility.
– Drive fast experimentation, validate assumptions through data, and make informed marketing decisions.
– Partner with Product to shape the roadmap: bring market and customer insight into what gets built, and co-own major launches.
– Build and lead the cross-functional Mail marketing team as the business scales: hiring, developing, and setting the bar for high performance.
– Monitor emerging trends in AI, email, and productivity software, and translate them into growth opportunities.
– Present results and plans to company leadership, backed by clear numbers: customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, and payback period.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
– Extensive experience in product and growth marketing, including several years owning marketing for a product or business unit end to end.
– Proven track record of scaling a digital subscription or SaaS product internationally, with the numbers to show for it.
– Experience operating at a strategic level: setting direction, defending it to leadership, and being accountable for the outcome, not just executing someone else's plan.
– Strong skills in positioning and messaging, ideally in a competitive category where you had to win against much bigger players.
– Deep command of performance marketing metrics and unit economics, and how to move them.
– Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
– Genuine fluency with AI: you use it daily in your own work and understand how AI-first products are marketed differently.
– High attention to detail, including precise and effective written and verbal communication.
– Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude.

COMPENSATION
– Gross salary from 7500 EUR/month
