Build design principles that are programmatically enforceable yet flexible. Create specs enabling AI agents to generate UI with minimal human review. Audit surfaces and converge to a single coherent system. Partner with engineering and product to make the design system the source of truth. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in Product Design with 3+ years leading teams. Portfolio showing end-to-end systems thinking at scale. Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain design talent. Strong partner to Product and Engineering; comfortable in ambiguity.
