Genesys Call Flow Developer

Salary: $68,000 - 108,000 per year Requirements: 7+ years of experience managing Genesys call flows. 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot. At least 3 years of experience using APIs and microservices. Knowledge of multiple phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop solutions and adapt to changing needs. Ability to use data, experiments, and customer feedback to guide growth. Ability to mentor and train others. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills. Experience with Jira and Confluence. Skills with Genesys Cloud Architect, Java, REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, SQL, AWS or Azure, Genesys Cloud Admin UI, Postman, Git, Terraform, and Archy. Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Responsibilities: Design and build IVR flows, contact routing, and bot integrations in Genesys Cloud Architect for inbound and outbound calls, email, and SMS. Develop integrations with internal systems and third-party applications using Genesys Cloud REST APIs and webhooks. Create and maintain campaigns and contact lists for outbound operations. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives, and collaborate with colleagues to support code quality and continuous delivery. Maintain documentation for workflows, integration patterns, and deployment processes.
