Fullstack Software Engineer, Applied AI

📋 Description Design, implement, and deploy end-to-end AI workflows and agents. Build agent architectures, evaluation pipelines, and performance frameworks. Translate AI research into production-ready solutions. Communicate technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, GTM, Recruiting, Product to drive automation and impact. Contribute to Halcyon Labs/LangGraph ecosystem, open-source docs and shared tools. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years shipping AI/ML-powered apps (incl. 1 year building LLMs in production). Hands-on experience implementing evaluation and monitoring systems for agents/workflows. Deep understanding of prompting, retrieval, orchestration, inference APIs, and model selection across modalities. Strong coding skills in Python or TypeScript (ideally both). Excellent communicator who can simplify complex technical ideas for diverse audiences.
