Full stack software engineer

Salary: $113000 - 188000 per year Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current and active TS/SCI clearance, and be willing and able to obtain a CI Polygraph. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (an additional 4 years of experience may replace a Bachelors degree; a Masters degree can count as 2 additional years of experience). Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in programming, design, and software development. Ability to work on-site in Hendon, VA. Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or a comparable programming language. Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Podman) and orchestrating containers (e.g., Kubernetes, Nomad). Experience with ORM tools (e.g., Django, SQLAlchemy, Hibernate). Working knowledge of Linux operating systems, including file system navigation and common commands. Understanding of TCP/IP networking and remote system workflows (e.g., SSH, port forwarding, server/client architecture). Experience in developing and supporting solutions in a cloud-like environment (e.g., OpenStack). Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools, such as GitLab. Responsibilities: Design and develop web applications for real-time data querying and analysis of our extensive data stores, creating distributed analytics tailored to our mission partners. Construct new data pipelines and maintain existing ones to automate data retrieval and ingestion processes. Collaborate closely with fellow software developers, as well as infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, utilizing open-source tools to build and sustain various applications for thousands of users.
