Full Stack Software Engineer

Salary: $101000 - 141000 per year Requirements: We require at least 3 years of professional software engineering experience. We need strong hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and SQL. We prefer experience with Terraform, infrastructure as code, observability, or monitoring tools. We prefer experience with AI, voice AI, or conversational technologies. We prefer experience working on a small team where engineers handle multiple responsibilities. Responsibilities: We build and enhance internal and customer-facing applications using React, Python, JavaScript, and SQL. We develop backend services, APIs, and integrations across internal systems and third-party platforms. We deploy, operate, and continuously improve cloud-based services in AWS. We work with data pipelines, reporting requirements, and cloud data warehouse tools such as Snowflake. We turn prototypes, automations, and internal tools into dependable production applications. We partner with technical and business teams to understand needs and explain technical tradeoffs. We contribute to clean code, documentation, code reviews, and engineering best practices. We design and build with security, data protection, and compliance requirements in mind. This is a hybrid role based in Tampa, FL, with three days in the office. The position offers a base salary of $100,000 to $140,000 depending on experience and skills, and we require US work authorization because we do not sponsor visas.
