📋 Description Building and shipping software features in the products Sitemate builds for construction Taking ownership of end-to-end product outcomes, from shaping technical approaches to release Working with AI tools daily, using the team's workflow skills for planning, implementation and Fixing bugs and improving product stability across web and mobile. Investigating and resolving production issues. Growing into more ownership over time. 🎯 Requirements Solid hands-on experience building and shipping production software. Hands-on experience with AI-powered developer tools and agentic engineering practices. Product mindset — wants to understand customer problems, not just implement tickets. Ability to work independently and take ownership of features end-to-end. Willingness to learn TypeScript, React, Node.js, Angular, MongoDB, and AWS.
