Full Stack Engineer

Salary: $111000 - 160000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience Proven experience building and maintaining production backend services in a modern language such as Python, Go, Java, or C# Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and operating REST APIs in a production environment Experience deploying and running containerized services on Kubernetes Experience working across teams to take software from design through production Must be a U.S. citizen Responsibilities: Build the internal AI Factory platform as the primary product Develop and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs for AI model orchestration and resource administration Deliver full-stack features, including responsive React/Next.js user interfaces and scalable Python/Go backend services Help shape AI platform components so internal services remain modular, easy to discover, and ready for LLM, RAG, and agentic workflows Incorporate AI coding assistants and custom LLM agents into the development workflow to reduce boilerplate, create tests, and support early code review Create middleware that connects Kubernetes infrastructure with user-facing applications and simplifies system complexity Improve data movement between dashboards, backend metadata stores such as PostgreSQL and Redis, and GPU-accelerated compute clusters Technologies: AI Backend C# Support Java Kubernetes LLM PostgreSQL Python REST React Redis Security API Backbone Cursor Flow Fullstack More: We are Halcyon Labs Artificial Intelligence Center (LAIC), where we are building an internal AI Factory to accelerate GenAI and MLOps at scale.
