Forward Deployed Engineer

Salary: CHF 100'0 - 130'000 per year Requirements: Background in Tech Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or a client-facing technical role - you're a builder who solves problems, not a pure software developer Python is mandatory: fluent, production-grade usage required Strong hands-on experience with Docker and cloud environments Broad foundational understanding of the AI/ML landscape from data analytics to NLP, with the ability to assess risk, test outputs, and ensure reliability in real-world deployments Pragmatic, execution-focused mindset - comfortable navigating messy client environments and tight delivery cycles Responsibilities: Own the technical integration layer between the platform and client environments, from scoping through to deployment Serve as the primary technical contact on client engagements, working hands-on alongside their engineering and data teams Diagnose and resolve deployment challenges across varied and often complex enterprise ML infrastructure Translate client requirements and constraints into pragmatic, production-ready solutions Technologies: AI Cloud Docker Python AWS More: Early-stage role at a Swiss AI startup, joining at the ground floor with significant ownership and impact from day one.
