Quant Developer / Researcher – Trading

Salary: CHF 140'0 - 180'000 per year Requirements: 4+ years of professional experience in quantitative development/research, or trading systems Strong programming skills in C++ or C# (Python/Java/.NET is a plus) Experience working close to trading, research, or front-office teams Experience working with crypto Solid understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, or systematic strategies Proven ability to design and maintain production-grade systems Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and attention to quality Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain quantitative and trading systems used in live environments Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and researchers to support systematic strategies Build and optimise data pipelines, analytics, and execution logic Work with real-time and batch data, including market, alternative, or on-chain sources Contribute to architecture and system design decisions Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems Take ownership of problems from research to deployment Technologies: C# Cloud Support Java Linux Python Quant ASP.NET C++ More: You’ll join a fast-moving, production-focused environment where your work has direct impact on live trading and investment decisions.
