Field Service Technical Specialist (Remote Contractor)

📋 Description Deliver technical support and QA across installations and field services. Provide design input to New Product; audit installations and certify installers. Create and maintain installer certification programs and guides. Support customers and resellers with technical specs and data needs. Perform live installations for demos or training. Produce installation photos/videos with Learning & Development. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years as an installation field service specialist in Telematics/Automotive. Experience with OBD, CAN, SAE standards, and serial data. Hardware/software integration, and database/data set analysis. Knowledge of databases and data analysis; Google Suite.
