Requirements:
Expert knowledge of IBM Message Broker / IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE12) Strong experience with IBM MQ Advanced experience with GitHub and Jenkins Strong Python scripting skills Good understanding of Unix/Linux environments Strong SQL knowledge, particularly DB2 Experience designing enterprise integration architectures Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other engineers Business-fluent English Availability for occasional business travel to Germany Nice to have Experience in banking or financial services environments Knowledge of cloud-based integration solutions Experience with event-driven architectures Experience defining integration governance and best practices

Daily tasks: - Design and drive enterprise-wide integration architecture using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE12)
– Lead the implementation and optimization of messaging solutions based on IBM MQ
– Develop advanced automation solutions and operational tooling using Python
– Drive CI/CD best practices and deployment automation using GitHub and Jenkins
– Design and optimize data integration processes utilizing DB2 SQL
– Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues
– Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to define integration strategies
– Mentor engineers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams
– Ensure integration platforms meet performance, security, and reliability standards
– Support critical production environments and major release activities
