ERP Developer

This is a remote position. The ERP Developer will support the Texas Health and Human Services Commission on the PeopleSoft FSCM upgrade project. This role is responsible for upgrading PeopleSoft FSCM on Linux and Oracle platforms while supporting simultaneous ERP implementation and upgrade initiatives. The specialist will build, configure, and maintain multiple environments in close coordination with the database administrator. This position requires infrastructure and environment management expertise and may involve work outside standard business hours depending on project activities. The role is currently designated as remote, with potential to shift to a hybrid schedule if required. Responsibilities : Lead the upgrade of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 using the PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) process. Build, configure, and maintain multiple PeopleSoft environments to support ERP implementation and upgrade efforts. Coordinate closely with the database administrator on environment setup and maintenance. Set up and manage middleware components, including Weblogic and Tuxedo. Troubleshoot issues within PeopleTools 8.6x environments. Perform advanced scripting tasks using Linux and SQL to support environment management. Configure and maintain search framework tools, including Elasticsearch and/or OpenSearch. Support simultaneous ERP implementation and upgrade projects across multiple environments. Coordinate work activities outside standard business hours as project needs require. Document environment configurations and upgrade procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Minimum Qualifications : Candidates must meet all minimum qualifications 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 PUM upgrades. 8 years of experience with middleware setup and management (Weblogic, Tuxedo), troubleshooting in PeopleTools 8.6x environments, and advanced scripting (Linux, SQL). 4 years of experience with search framework tools (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch). Preferred Qualifications : 4 years of experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government). 2 years of experience working with a hosting vendor, Phire, and Tivoli scheduler. Additional Requirements : Candidate must be located within the United States. Local candidates preferred. May be required to work outside normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Position is currently remote and subject to change to a hybrid arrangement; in-office schedule would be negotiated if this occurs. Work Location and Schedule : Location: 4601 W.
