Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Enterprise Architect Responsibilities: Establishes processes for enterprise architecture developments and management Supports programmes and projects in planning and controlling, especially regarding risk management, harmonizing, change management and assures architectural compliancy Consults and contributes to development of architectural capabilities of the organization and the architecture management initiatives Designs and communicates enterprise architecture Designs and maintains architectural repository Designs interoperability and interfaces between systems Elicits needs and analyses requirements Transfers business, user and technical needs into architectures Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components and system features Defines transition roadmaps for architectures Prepares system documentation and provides presentations Collects and interprets system metrics Provides assistance to projects implementing elements of enterprise architecture Assesses architecture maturity Analyses organisational structures Analyses information systems portfolio Analyses business processes Conducts IS cost-benefit analysis Requirements: Minimum 8 years of IT relevant professional experience Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position Master degree English level: C1 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam At least 1 certification among: The Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA); Zachman Certified – Enterprise Architect; CISSP Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSIP-ISSAP); ITIL v3 Master certification; Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA) or equivalent Has performed role of Enterprise architect in organization Has hands-on experience in building EA culture and practices throughout the organization Expert in enterprise and business architecture design Familiar with business process development, value streams and capability maps design Good knowledge of enterprise architecture domains Good knowledge about maturity models analyses and frameworks Is proficient in using systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others Familiar with market wide designing architecture standards or frameworks such as, TOGAF, Zachman, Azure Well-Architected framework or similar Expert knowledge in computer science and IT to research IT solutions and identify ways to enhance existing operations Efficiency in time management, project management and demonstrative of the company's service-oriented architecture (SOA) Holds ability to document effectively Presents problem solving skills Strong capacity in writing and presenting studies, business cases, visions, analytical models Presents leadership skills Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment Skills in developing standards and policies that guide the use of IT assets Excellent communication skills for educating employees on best practices for applying the company's IT products, resources and solutions Ability to scrutinise the domains of the enterprise's structure to improve operations and align the business and technology to be transparent Ability to analyse data and information generated by the enterprise and operational labour structure to identify cost-savings opportunities Experience in the governance of architecture function Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
