📋 Description Owns business outcomes for the team with Product and Design. Drives adoption, reduces platform issues, and faster insights for merchants. Owns architecture for BEx and Merch Plays to improve availability and data accuracy. Drives long-term tech decisions for Merch Tech growth and infrastructure investment. Ensures high-quality releases via code reviews and standards. Leads automation tooling, workflow tech, and AI initiatives. 🎯 Requirements 6-8+ years of software engineering with data platform, backend, and frontend expertise. Design rapid experiments and scale distributed platforms; strong cross-functional comms. Experience in small teams, preferably Indian startups. B2B and e-commerce experience preferred. Strong problem-solving in ambiguity with rapid iteration. Mentor engineers at multiple levels and drive rapid experimentation.
