Engineering Manager, Software Platform

📋 Description Lead, mentor, and grow the Software Platform team; hire and coach. Define team goals and roadmaps aligned with priorities. Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of prod services. Turn mission needs into clear requirements with stakeholders. Drive best practices: design reviews, code quality, testing, observability. Manage team capacity and growth; maintain ownership boundaries. 🎯 Requirements BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent. 5+ years software engineering and 3+ years leading production systems teams. Experience managing a platform/infrastructure/DevOps/SRE team, incl. hiring. Strong background in distributed systems with Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS. Experience supporting production with uptime, SLOs, on-call, incident postmortems.
