Lead and mentor engineers while driving technical strategy for Kubernetes integrations.

📋 Description Lead and mentor Go and Python engineers; foster growth and code ownership. Support Kubernetes agents across versions: K8s, OpenShift, Rancher, Windows, OKE. Drive technical strategy for Kubernetes integrations and OpenTelemetry conventions. Deliver end-to-end value: instrumentation agents, Helm charts, backend services, and UI. Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, and other engineering teams. Champion operational excellence: DevOps, incident response, and on-call rotations. 🎯 Requirements Engineering Experience: 8+ years in software engineering with distributed systems. Leadership Track Record: 2+ years directly managing and scaling teams. Domain Expertise: Kubernetes architectures; scale for multi-cloud containerized environments (EKS/AKS/GKE). Technical Fluency: Go and/or Python; Linux; API development. Customer & Incident Focus: experience handling customer incidents and mitigating prod risks.
