Engineering Manager, Cloud Infrastructure

📋 Description Lead a senior infra engineering team; provide technical guidance and execution. Own the Infrastructure roadmap, incl. cell-based architecture and AI tooling. Ensure AWS environments are secure, cost-efficient, production-ready. Drive developer experience across CI/CD, observability, and tooling. Drive reliability, scalability, capacity planning, and on-call health. Partner with Product Security, Analytics, and AI Enablement for safe AI adoption. 🎯 Requirements 5–7 years hands-on AWS with EC2, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB. 2–3 years managing infra, platform, or SRE engineers. Strong Terraform for IaC and GitHub Actions for pipelines. Background in DevOps or SRE; operational excellence at scale. Experience in fintech or regulated environments with sensitive data.
