End-to-End Systems Engineer

Salary: $168000 - 179000 per year Requirements: We require at least 5 years of engineering experience in systems engineering or a closely related discipline. We require a bachelors degree, or equivalent experience, in Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics. We need hands-on experience with requirements management platforms such as Polarion, Jama, or DOORS. We expect strong capability in writing requirements and performing requirements analysis, including familiarity with agentic AI and LLM tools. We need working knowledge of SysML, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), digital engineering, and systems-of-systems principles. Responsibilities: We develop and sustain multiple Operational Design Domains (ODDs) for different vehicle platforms using PLM requirements tools. We collaborate with cross-functional partners to define, review, and align ODD requirements, ensuring complete documentation and technical precision. We act as the technical point of contact for vehicle platform ODDs, overseeing documentation and resolving technical issues. We work with engineering teams to negotiate and refine ODD requirements, concepts of operations, and go-to-market strategies. We maintain and create Polarion documentation to support system validation and verification activities.
