Disaster Recovery IT Consultant

Salary: $55,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in IT, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or IT Governance Strong documentation and organizational skills Familiarity with disaster recovery concepts, infrastructure, cloud, and application environments Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 is preferred Candidates must be located near one of our offices in Providence, Rhode Island; Allentown, Pennsylvania; or BOC in Kentucky Responsibilities: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, runbooks, and test plans Maintain ServiceNow BCM records and recovery inventories Coordinate meetings, testing schedules, and evidence collection Monitor remediation actions, risks, and compliance metrics Support audit evidence preparation and reporting Validate CMDB data and analyze its quality Technologies: Cloud CMDB Excel Support Microsoft 365 ServiceNow SharePoint Office 365 DevOps Security More: We are PTR Global, a provider of information technology and workforce solutions, with more than 5,000 professionals serving clients across the United States and Canada. This is a fully remote, 12-month contract role supporting our Disaster Recovery Program. The pay range is $55–$60 per hour on W-2.
