Business Analyst

Salary: $75,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline. We are looking for proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a senior-level capacity. We need strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving capabilities. We value excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal judgment. We expect proficiency with project management tools and common delivery methodologies. We need someone who can operate independently while also contributing effectively in a team setting. Experience within the technology sector is considered an added advantage. Responsibilities: We analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and operational processes. We partner with stakeholders to identify business priorities and define needs. We develop and deliver detailed project plans and proposals. We facilitate meetings and workshops to capture requirements and share project updates. We work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business goals. We track project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and blockers. We prepare thorough reports and supporting documentation for stakeholders.
