About the role
Lead engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while coaching team members.
📋 Description Partner with teams to address business and engineering priorities. Define, track, and deliver projects within budgets and timelines. Coach, develop, and support team members to strengthen performance and growth. Serve as a key liaison between business and engineering stakeholders. Manage internal and external stakeholders as required. Identify delivery and operational risks and implement mitigation plans. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in software development. 7+ years managing software development teams across multiple initiatives. Hands-on development experience in Java or Python. Working knowledge of databases, cloud technologies, APIs, and user interfaces. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with familiarity in Waterfall. 🎁 Benefits 25 days annual leave plus 2 volunteer days and 1 paid un-sick day.
