Digital Designer (Remote US)

📋 Description Craft design assets (ad sets and landing pages) backed by data to improve KPIs. Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns for social ads. Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units per platform specs. Collaborate with media and content teams to align motion creative with goals. Maintain brand consistency across static, motion, and video assets. Design and run A/B tests using CRO tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, Crazyegg. 🎯 Requirements 1-3 years experience in graphic design focused on performance-driven creative and CRO. 1 year experience with motion graphics. Adobe Creative Suite expertise; Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Basic video editing with Premiere Pro and After Effects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
