DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities: We deploy our SaaS and on-premises application across AWS and Azure environments. We occasionally meet with clients over Zoom or Teams to walk through the deployment process and carry out the implementation live during calls. We improve and maintain the scripts used to deploy our SOAR solution for clients. We research and adopt new tools and practices to streamline build, development, testing, and deployment, including Azure IaC, CI/CD, and Kubernetes. We assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. We participate as part of our SOC team. We adapt to evolving duties as the role changes over time.
