Cyber Security Engineer with cloud technologies

Salary: $75000 - 75000 per year Requirements: ### We are seeking a Cyber Security Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience in security engineering, preferably with a focus on automation or Security Operations Center (SOC) operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation and interpersonal abilities, capable of conveying intricate cybersecurity concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You should also have a proven track record of engaging customers through demonstrations, workshops, or solution design sessions. Proficiency in coding or scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash is a must, along with a solid understanding of attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). Hands-on experience with at least two of the following areas is necessary: Unix/Windows administration, Active Directory, firewalls, identity and access management (IAM), vulnerability scanning, endpoint detection and response (EDR), or secure coding. Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP) and common services (such as web, mail, and FTP) is expected, as well as experience with SOC technologies like IDS/IPS, DLP, DAM, or SIEM platforms. A strong analytical mindset and excellent troubleshooting skills are essential. Finally, outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, especially in client-facing or demonstration scenarios, along with proven leadership qualities and a collaborative spirit, will be valued. ### Responsibilities: In this role, you will conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight our solutions and their value to both prospective and existing clients. You will work collaboratively with clients to comprehend their SOC needs and translate those requirements into operational automation systems. Additionally, you will design, develop, and optimize detection and incident response playbooks utilizing our Morpheus platform. Partnering closely with sales engineers and product teams will be crucial to build and implement tailored solutions for our customers. As a trusted technical advisor, you will assist clients in troubleshooting issues and maximizing their investment in our technology. Effective communication and proactive relationship management will be vital to maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the solution lifecycle.
