Salary: $107000 - 214000 per year Requirements: We require native or bilingual fluency in English. We require strong writing skills and excellent command of grammar. We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress. We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer. We can only offer work to candidates based in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Responsibilities: We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems. We write concise, high-quality code examples along with thorough explanations. We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. We provide feedback that helps improve and shape future AI models. We complete a short assessment as part of our onboarding process before paid work becomes available.
