Salary: $124000 - 248000 per year Requirements: We require fluency in English at a native or bilingual level. We require strong proficiency in at least one programming language or framework, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift. We look for excellent writing and grammar skills. We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress. We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer. We only consider applicants located in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Responsibilities: We design and solve a variety of coding challenges used to train AI systems. We write clear, well-structured code examples and thorough explanations. We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. We provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models. We work on programming tasks that may include building applications, solving technical problems, and analyzing data.
