📋 Description Own and drive developer experience strategy for the JCP platform. Optimize build systems (Gradle, Maven, Bazel) for faster builds and caching. Set up AI development pipelines with context, agents, and handoffs. Improve CI/CD pipelines to reduce build times and boost reliability (TeamCity, GitHub). Enhance containerized workflows (Docker, Dev Containers) for fast local environments. Eliminate bottlenecks from code commit to production. 🎯 Requirements Extensive experience with build systems (Gradle, Maven, Bazel) at scale. Strong expertise in CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Jenkins). Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized workflows. Understand full SDLC and developer productivity holistically. Ability to drive cross-team initiatives and influence practices.
