📋 Description Co-architect and build production AI agents with customer engineering teams Own the technical win in pre-sales via POCs and evaluations Help deploy and operate agent-based applications (conversational, research, multi-step workflows) Advise customers on architecture, best practices, and roadmap level decisions Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns and example code 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in a relevant technical role (software/customer/solutions eng), startup/scale-up Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals Designed agent-based or LLM-powered apps with multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling Comfortable working with customers on POCs, architecture reviews, and evaluations Explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developers Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible vacation policy 401(k) plan and other benefits
