Data Science & Analytics Technical Lead

📋 Description Lead design, development, and deployment of ML models and data mining. Build predictive models for customer behavior, churn, and demand forecasting. Conduct advanced exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and insights. Develop algorithms for classification, regression, NLP, and recommendations. Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams to set DS goals. Lead feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model validation to ensure accuracy and robustness. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Data Science, CS, Math, or Stats; 5+ years in DS/ML with leadership. Master's or PhD preferred; relevant experience can substitute for education. Active TS/SCI clearance; must have clearance to start. Proven track record leading data science projects. Experience working with cross-functional teams (data engineering, product, business).
