Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and mentor junior data engineers.
📋 Description Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts on data requirements. Develop and operate real-time streaming (Kafka, Flink, Spark) with low latency. Define data models and schemas for analytics-ready storage. Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability. Mentor junior data engineers and promote best practices. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS/Info Systems/Data Engineering; masters preferred. 5+ years of experience in data or software engineering. Active TS/SCI clearance. 8+ years managing digital projects for SOF Enterprise customers. Experience mentoring and leading data teams.
