Salary: $92,680 - 113,360 per year Requirements: We need at least 5 years of work experience with advanced proficiency in Databricks SQL. We require an associate degree. We prefer advanced proficiency in the Snowflake platform. We prefer advanced proficiency in Python, data modeling, and Structured Query Language (SQL). Responsibilities: We lead end-to-end delivery, or a defined portion of a contract, to satisfy operational, contractual, and financial commitments. We maintain service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through upselling or cross-selling. We serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and guide the team, take ownership of team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and help shape key decisions. We provide solutions to issues for our immediate team and across multiple teams. We drive continuous improvement efforts to strengthen delivery processes and service quality. We work with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and customer expectations. We mentor and support team members so they can build skills and reach project milestones. We analyze delivery metrics and share insights to improve resource allocation and project schedules. We lead risk management by identifying possible challenges and putting mitigation plans in place. We work onsite with the client three days per week in Jersey City or Pennington, New Jersey.
