We’re looking for a Data Engineer to help build and scale a modern cloud data platform. This role focuses on developing reliable data pipelines and delivering high-quality, analytics-ready datasets, with strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and DataOps best practices. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using Python, SQL, DBT, and Snowflake Apply data modeling techniques (e.g. Data Vault) and optimize performance Automate workflows and orchestration using Airflow / Prefect Ensure data quality, security, and governance standards Manage cloud-based data integrations, primarily on Amazon Web Services Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment Requirements: 5–8+ years of experience in Data Engineering Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, DBT, and Snowflake Experience with ETL tools (e.g. DBT, Talend) and data lake architectures Hands-on experience with DevOps/DataOps practices (CI/CD, Git) Experience working with structured and unstructured data Understanding of Data Mesh concepts and data product lifecycle Nice to have: experience with pharma data formats (e.g. SDTM) What we offer: Opportunity to work with a modern data stack and influence architecture decisions Collaboration with an experienced data team Flexible working model (remote/hybrid) Projects with real business impact and scale Perks and benefits: Comprehensive benefits - enjoy Udemy for Business, private medical care, Multisport card, veterinary package, language lessons, and shopping vouchers.
