Data Engineer

📋 Description Build and maintain data models and transformations powering reporting with Fivetran, dbt, Sigma Create customer-facing data models and reports embedded in the Vantage Compute app (Sigma) Manage and extend ingestion using Fivetran across growing sources Develop data transformations in Python and SQL against the Snowflake data warehouse Partner with product and engineering to deliver reliable, performant reporting Collaborate with application engineers to ensure clean data capture 🎯 Requirements Disciplined problem-solving: decompose complex problems and understand why/how of data Proactive communication: seek clarity from stakeholders rather than assume Ownership of quality: ensure tasks are validated, performant, and meet requirements Strong SQL skills and experience with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred) Proficiency in Python for data transformation and automation Experience with managed ingestion/transformation tools (Fivetran, dbt, or similar) 🎁 Benefits Competitive base pay + bonus potential Generous medical, dental, and vision plans (premium paid for you) Remote work friendly Flexible PTO (minimum of 10 days per year) 12 weeks paid parental leave for birthing parent, 6 weeks for supporting partner Immediate access to 401(k) with company match
