Data Engineer

Salary: $74000 - 123000 per year Requirements: Strong background in Python, SQL, and core data engineering practices Hands-on experience building ETL/ELT solutions Practical knowledge of Apache Spark, PySpark, or Databricks Understanding of data warehousing principles and dimensional data modeling Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Familiarity with data orchestration tools like Airflow Experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases Knowledge of data lakes and large-scale big data technologies Strong grasp of performance tuning and optimization techniques Experience using version control systems such as Git Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift Knowledge of Kafka or other real-time streaming technologies Experience with Terraform or infrastructure as code practices Familiarity with DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines Experience supporting enterprise-scale data platforms Relevant cloud certifications are a plus Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data Develop and refine data ingestion, transformation, and integration workflows Create cloud-native data solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Design and implement data models, data lakes, and data warehouse environments Uphold data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards Improve database performance and query efficiency for large datasets Put in place data monitoring, validation, and troubleshooting procedures Partner with Data Scientists, Analysts, Business Teams, and other stakeholders to support analytics initiatives Automate data workflows and deployments using CI/CD best practices Support both real-time and batch data processing architectures Technologies: Airflow AWS Redshift Azure Big Data CI/CD Cloud Data Warehouse Databricks DevOps ETL Git Support Kafka NoSQL Python PySpark SQL Security Snowflake Spark Terraform More: We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to help us design, develop, and support scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data platforms.
