Salary: $71000 - 119000 per year Requirements: Experience building agentic AI solutions using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph Hands-on exposure to Dynatrace, including its Intelligence platform, Grail data lakes, and Smartscape dependency mapping Practical background in designing and tuning retrieval-augmented generation pipelines Familiarity with multi-agent coordination patterns and AI observability practices Knowledge of governance controls, fallback handling, and human-in-the-loop safeguards for autonomous systems Ability to collaborate effectively with SRE, development, and operations teams Responsibilities: Design and implement intelligent agents and orchestration flows to automate operations, runbooks, and self-healing processes Integrate AI agents with Dynatrace to provide real-time operational context and insight Build and refine advanced RAG solutions and multi-agent collaboration architectures Use AI observability capabilities to monitor interactions, trace execution, and review prompts for performance and cost Put approval workflows, contingency paths, and human oversight controls in place to support safe and compliant automation Partner with SRE, developers, and operations teams to translate operational challenges into deployed AI capabilities Technologies: AI Dynatrace Support Architect More: We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer for an onsite contract engagement of 6 to 12 months in Burlington/Boston, MA or Princeton, NJ.
