About the role
Oversee end-to-end operation of the cloud data platform and manage data ingestion/extraction processes.
📋 Description Oversee end-to-end operation of the cloud data platform with governance. Create and manage data ingestion/extraction, incl. web data via Python, APIs. Aggregate datasets from multiple sources into actionable insights. Provide datasets and tools for business analysis and analytics. Develop database queries and visualization tools to diagnose issues. Own test data and perform Data Ops UAT as the platform evolves. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in data science, IS, CS, mathematics or related field. 3+ years in Data Ops, Data Analysis, or similar role. Strong Python/SQL skills; experience with Pandas, Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy. Knowledge of DataOps methodologies and best practices. Experience with cloud data processing, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Data transformation, complex structures; Agile/Scrum; data ingestion incl web/FTP/APIs.
