Data Delivery Manager

We are supporting a long-term project for a major EU public-sector organization , and we are currently looking for an experienced Data Delivery Manager. Near-site to Luxembourg Responsibilities: End-to-end delivery of data management services provided by the service provider. Coordination of technical data management tasks across architecture integration, data quality, master data management, analytics, and documentation. Ensuring delivery meets agreed scope, service levels, quality standards, and governance requirements. Serving as the primary interface between the customer's data organization and the extended delivery team Overseeing planning, resource allocation, risk management, and continuous improvement Ensuring compliance with enterprise data governance, architecture standards, and operating models. The role of the Data Delivery Manager can be combined with the role of Data Governance Consultant. Requirements: Certification in IT service management (for instance, ITIL Foundation) and certification in data architecture (for instance, Management Association Certified Data Management Professional Certification - Associate Level). At least 3 years of completed university studies in computer science , information systems, engineering or a closely related field are required. At least 5 years of professional experience in ICT , including a minimum of 3 years related to the typical tasks of the Data Delivery Manager Role Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in the field of Data Management Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in the field of Project Management, at least one project should have a duration of at least one year and a budget of at least EUR 2 million Near-site Luxembourg English B2 What we offer: The client is flexible regarding the rate.
