📋 Description Act as trusted advisor to Growth team; identify key questions. Own dashboards, metrics, and north-star frameworks. Build scalable data models for full-funnel analytics and ML. Lead cross-functional data pipelines with Airflow, Python, ETL. Design and run A/B tests; apply causal inference for growth. Deliver actionable insights through clear storytelling. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in data analytics/analytics engineering (fintech/crypto). Production data pipelines; dbt and Airflow. SQL mastery (complex joins/CTEs) and Python for pipelines. Experience designing/running A/B tests; causal inference. Led cross-functional data initiatives with measurable outcomes.
