About the role
Salary: $93000 - 124000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in a related discipline; advanced study or professional certifications are preferred. We are looking for someone with 3+ years of relevant experience in data analysis or a comparable field. We need strong proficiency in advanced data preparation techniques, including normalization, categorical variable handling, and dataset integration. We expect experience with Python libraries such as pandas and NumPy, or with R, for sophisticated data manipulation. We require expertise in building interactive dashboards and visual stories using Tableau or Power BI, including calculated fields and advanced visuals. We value a solid understanding of statistical approaches such as regression, ANOVA, and hypothesis testing, with the ability to apply and interpret them in real-world scenarios. We need experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data modeling to support reporting and forecasting needs. We expect familiarity with programming languages and tools such as Python, Shell scripting, and SQL, as well as feature development in hyperscaler cloud environments. We require knowledge of data warehousing concepts, particularly within AWS and Snowflake. We are seeking someone who can clearly communicate data-driven insights to a varied audience. We value the ability to identify data and process issues and recommend practical solutions. We need a collaborative professional who builds strong working relationships across teams and functions. We expect someone who can support multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and remain composed under pressure. We require regular in-person attendance at our office during standard working hours. This role is primarily sedentary and requires the ability to use computer equipment and perform routine physical movements, including bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Responsibilities: We conduct more complex data analyses to generate insights that support business objectives. We create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for a range of stakeholders. We work closely with business units to translate operational needs into data-informed solutions. We assist in building data models that support predictive and prescriptive analytics. We guide and support Data Analyst I team members in their daily work. We identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets and share findings with senior analysts. We help define and improve best practices for data management and analytical processes. We clean, transform, and combine data from multiple sources to prepare it for analysis. We develop interactive visualizations that communicate data stories clearly and effectively. We apply statistical techniques to analyze business problems and interpret outcomes. We manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines. We contribute to innovation and change efforts within the team and broader organization. We collaborate across departments to support shared goals and deliver quality results. We take ownership of project leadership responsibilities, mentoring junior analysts and aligning team efforts. We help uphold high standards of quality, accuracy, and accountability in all deliverables.
