Our Client is an established company in Singapore, who is seeking to recruit a Cybersecurity Strategist. Job Summary The Cybersecurity Strategist will lead the development and evaluation of cybersecurity strategies to protect assets, address emerging risks, and support organizational growth through strategic insights, stakeholder collaboration, and performance tracking. Responsibilities Identify cybersecurity gaps and formulate strategic insights to ensure continuous, relevant asset protection Develop and recommend innovative, practical solutions to address complex cybersecurity challenges from emerging technologies and digital environments Secure and allocate resources to expand the cybersecurity portfolio through strategic resourcing functions Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, assess, and review cybersecurity strategies and policies, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements Monitor and evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of cybersecurity strategies and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals Design performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress, highlight improvement areas, and communicate results to senior leadership and stakeholders Conduct research across cyber and non-cyber domains to create cross-disciplinary frameworks, roadmaps, and strategies Support cybersecurity strategy and planning functions by preparing reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and other stakeholders Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Infocomm Security, Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or Information Technology preferred CISSP and/or CISA certifications advantageous Knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, technologies, tools, and solutions, with ability to assess applicability At least 5-6 years of relevant prior experience preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex topics clearly and persuasively Analytical mindset with ability to grasp complex topics, develop creative solutions, and apply logical reasoning Familiarity with statistical methods and econometrics advantageous Finance, accounting, or legal qualifications or experience advantageous Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams Ability to work independently with a persevering attitude Other Information EA Licence No.: 12C6207 JJ Consulting Services Applicants are invited to send a MS Word resume to [email protected] stating position applied for, present/expected salaries, and earliest available date.
