About the Role Be part of our client's team as a Customer Data Analyst - Network Performance Reporting . Analyze cellular network performance data, develop customer-facing reports and dashboards, and transform complex datasets into actionable connectivity insights. Using SQL, Python, Amazon Athena, and Amazon QuickSight, you will help identify network trends, validate data quality, automate analytical workflows, and communicate findings that support better-connected digital experiences. Proven ability to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret complex datasets from various sources. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL and Python, along with data visualization tools (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau). Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies. Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application to business problems. Familiarity with the AWS data ecosystem (e.g., S3, Glue, Athena). Experience working with data pipelines and workflow orchestration tools. Experience working with telecommunications or cellular network data. Knowledge of KPIs related to network performance (e.g., RSRP, SINR, packet loss). Certifications in relevant data analysis or business intelligence tools. Your Daily Tasks Data Analysis, Interpretation, and Reporting Analyze large-scale cellular network performance data (e.g., latency, throughput, coverage, and dropped calls) stored in Amazon Athena. Design and develop customer-facing reports (CSV, Parquet, etc.) and dashboards using Amazon QuickSight. Write efficient SQL queries in Amazon Athena to extract, transform, and validate data. Develop Python scripts for data processing, automation, and advanced analysis. Use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis, generate insights, or improve workflows. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through data cleaning, validation, and transformation processes. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to network performance. Develop and apply statistical techniques and data visualization methods to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. Develop and maintain documentation for data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes. Collaboration and Support Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into data solutions. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address data and reporting challenges. Communicate findings clearly, presenting data to both technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain a detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on data quality. Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Demonstrate a collaborative mindset and customer-focused approach.
