📋 Description Collaborate with the account team to provide ongoing technical coverage. Define the technical success plan for each customer to meet goals. Manage onboarding to adoption and drive Lumen Dynamics consumption. Translate customer business needs into Lumen Dynamics technical requirements. Remove technical frictions and promote smooth adoption. Liaise with customers and support to optimize resolutions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Info Systems, or related field preferred. Fluency in English required. Experience as Solutions Architect/Pre-sales with Lumen Dynamics or similar tech. Experience with Lumen Dynamics Observability, Security, or Enterprise Search.
